I believe in supplements to support healthy skin, hair, nails and overall health. The issue is supplements are not regulated like prescription medicines, so I struggle too find good quality supplements where I can trace the origin of the ingredients to a clean, credible source that is free from pesticides and contaminants that come from an unregulated supply chain of ingredients.Before I jump into the ingredients and quality, let me just say the plant based, compostable "bottle" for this supplement is one I am planning to reuse for other supplements that arrive in plastic. Love the design and the thoughtfulness that went into providing a non plastic environment for these 60 pills (a month's supply). Added some photos to share this with you.The ingredients are vegan, so collagen (from cows and fish) is not included. Instead, the proven skin healthy ingredients of hyaluronic acid, ceramide, biotin, minerals and vitamins are in this product and there is a QR code that allowed me to learn a bit about the sourcing of the ingredients (even though the certificates of analysis are not included and the sourcing info for the ingredients isn't so clear).There are some good things I learned about this Ready To Glow Skin Supplement, such as 1/3 of the population cannot efficiently use folic acid so this product uses a form of Folate (Folste-S) that is more efficient regardless of genetics.ACG capsules are used, and these capsules are certified to be free of over 400 industrial and…
