Amazing product! I’ve had trouble sleeping because of jetlag, and I had my first good night of sleep after taking this supplement. Aside from being effective, this product also comes with a gratitude journal and sleep tips which I find such a thoughtful touch! I especially appreciate the ingredient transparency through the information given about tracing the supplements’ ingredients.

My sleep score on my oura has been consistently at over 80 since taking this sleep aid for over 3 weeks. I like the time released melatonin and magnesium. More importantly I now wake up feeling refreshed.

The nights i take these i tend to sleep well and wake up feeling calm and refreshed. I find my sleep quality to be much better and my apple watch says so too. I find that low dose melatonin works better for me, but everyone’s different. I like how they use branded and bioavailable ingredients in this herbal sleep aid.
